Minifigs24.com is based in Bangkok, Thailand. We have over 8 years’ experience selling used and new LEGO parts and have a passion for minifigs.
Our commitment is to provide the best services to our international customers with high quality LEGO minifigs.
Every part sold by Minifigs24.com will be:
- checked for damage and play wear.
- professionally cleaned.
- verified to be original Lego Minifigs.
If you are not happy with the quality or we missed something, we will send you the broken or missing part free of charge.

1. How can I track my order
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a tracking code via email. You can track your order online on one of the following websites, depending on the service that has been used for your shipment:
- DHL Express (numeric tracking number, for example 2441474843)
- DHL eCommerce (tracking number ends with DE)
2. How to pay?
We currently offer only PayPal as payment method. But even if you don't have a Pay Pal account you are able to pay via credit card via Pay Pal.
3. How long will it be before I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping fare you have selected and on your country it takes usually:
- 2 - 3 business days for DHL Express
- 5 - 12 business days for DHL eCommerce
You can track your order online via the tracking code that has been sent to your email after your order has been shipped out.
4. Is my order insured? Do I need to pay additional?
All shipments are 100% insured, both, via Pay Pal buyer protection and also via DHL.
5. How long does it take to process an order?
Your order will usually be packed within 24 hours. DHL Express orders will be shipped on the next business day, DHL eCommerce orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
6. Do I have to pay tax or customs fees?
The recipient of the order is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. That's why we highly recommend to understand your country's import rules and regulations. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and administration fees. Some countries a very strict about checking incoming packages, others are easy going.
